Okay, so George Strait crushed it in Lubbock this weekend, and guess what? Miranda Lambert hopped on stage to sing "She'll Leave You With a Smile" with him! Total dream moment (even if I missed it!).
Apparently, after honoring the King at the Kennedy Center Honors (alongside KISS, Gloria Gaynor and Sly Stallone), Miranda had a few drinks with George. He told her she could pick ANY song to sing with him at the Texas shows.
She said it took her a minute, but she finally picked that classic just days before the concert. Talk about a tough choice!
Miranda shared some photos and videos from the shows on Instagram, along with a simple, yet effective caption,
“I love George Strait!!!”
